Information provided by specialists (Navigator, Coach, Connector) is generated by AI and should not be relied upon as professional advice in any regulated domain. Users are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for mental health, legal, financial, or medical guidance.

Limitation of Liability and Scope of Service

Pursu provides career coaching and career development support through AI-powered specialists. Pursu specialists (Navigator, Coach, Connector) are not licensed therapists, counselors, lawyers, financial advisors, or medical professionals, and the service is not a substitute for any of these professional services.

You agree that:

  1. Pursu’s services are for informational and developmental purposes only, and do not constitute:
    • Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment
    • Legal advice or the practice of law
    • Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice
    • Professional career counseling as defined under applicable licensing regimes in your jurisdiction
  2. You will not rely on Pursu as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional in any of the above domains.

  5. Pursu does not guarantee specific career outcomes. Career development depends on many factors outside Pursu’s control, including but not limited to labor market conditions, employer decisions, and factors specific to your circumstances.
  6. Work products generated by Pursu (drafted messages, positioning documents, research briefs) are intended as starting points for your review and editing. You retain full responsibility for anything you send, share, or act upon.
